DRI Model

We strive to be a company where team members can take on and own large responsibilities as they grow in their roles. We use the term “DRI” – Directly Responsible Individual – to assign ownership over various components of the company and team. Being the DRI means the buck stops with you, you make all the decisions with respect to that component.

Your first 90 days are primarily onboarding. You should look to contribute wherever your can. At the 90 Day mark, you should become the DRI for at least one component of the company. However, you must earn it – when you join the team, it’s your responsibility to demonstrate that you can own things – act the role, and then be assigned the role.
